About the Sessions
This course provides Biodynamic Craniosacral training graduates with an ongoing and affordable mentoring opportunity to further their course of study. This mentoring opportunity is also open to graduates of other types of Craniosacral training with instructor approval.
Each session will begin with a settling and check in and then a brief lecture with a specified topic of focus and may also evolve from students’ clinical questions related to the topic. Each session will also have a supervision period where participants will be supported in turn to explore their challenges.
When offered in its usual format, the topics covered over a 12-month period include the following:
- The Relational Field (2 Parts)
- Negotiating Space & Contact
- Attention & Attunement
- Verbal Skills
- Holding the Whole & Specifics
- The Autonomic Nervous System (3 Parts)
- Pelvic Dynamics
- Deepening in the Fluids at the Sacrum
- The Reciprocal Tension Membrane & CSF
