The School of Inner Health offers private, fully furnished, affordable professional offices and classrooms for rental as a shared space on a daily or multi-day basis.
We do not have any offices or classrooms available for full time use.
Build your business in a quiet, friendly, wellness-oriented co-working space located at 7550 W. Yale Ave., Ste. B-204, Denver, CO 80227, at the intersection of Wadsworth and Yale, one mile from Highway 285 and about 45 minutes from Denver International Airport.
Our location is quiet and our spaces are beautiful and peaceful.
The offices and classrooms are ideal for students as well as new-to-Denver, visiting, and emerging wellness professionals including bodyworkers, energy healers, massage therapists, mental health professionals, dietitians, nutritionists, physical therapists, wellness coaches, life coaches, herbalists, acupuncturists, naturopaths, yoga instructors, and more.
We have five spaces available for rent: two classrooms and two offices, one adjacent to each classroom. The fifth space is Office 2 and Classroom 2 rented together.
When we have the space available, we will rent all four spaces to one leasee for $500 / day.
165 square feet (approx.) - $100/ single day; $80 / day for consecutive days, $160 / Month for all the same days in a month (i.e. every Tuesday of the month)
450 square feet $300/day single day; $250/day for multiple days
200 square feet (approx.) - $100/ single day; $160 for all the same days in a month
300 square feet (approx.) - $300/day single day; $250/day for multiple days
Offices can be furnished with a massage table, a desk and chairs, and comfortable seating. The classroom spaces feature massage tables, seating, and TVs. All furnishings can be moved around and rearranged. Spaces are available generally 8AM to 8PM, 7 days a week. Timing can be negotiable. The space features high-speed wifi, a kitchenette, a welcoming lobby, and parking. The building is close to the Bear Creek greenbelt with miles of multi-use trails.
