formation of the spinal connective membranes to free the flow of cerebrospinal fluid.

NUTRITIONAL CONSULTATIONS. Primary nutrition is food direct from
nature--vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, grains and legumes without preservatives or
synthetics. Secondary nutrition consists of vitamins and supplements that are added to the
base of primary nutrition, if needed. Empty nutrition consists of food that has been
processed and packaged to the point where none of the original nutritional value is left.

POLARITY THERAPY. A comprehensive health system involving energy-based
bodywork, diet, exercise and self-awareness. Health is viewed as a reflection of the
condition of the energy field. Sessions do not require disrobing and involve both touch
and verbal interaction.
ACUPUNCTURE. An ancient Chinese technique performed by a licensed practitioner,
who inserts fine needles into key meridian points that correspond to major organs of the
body to regulate the flow of vital energy (Chi) and blood. Used for prevention,
maintenance and treatment of a wide variety of specific health problems.
MASSAGE THERAPY. The practice by a Licensed Massage Therapist of
manipulating soft tissue, muscles, ligaments and tendons to promote healing. Benefits
include decreased muscle tension, pain and soreness and increased flexibility, joint
mobility and circulation. Styles and methods vary.
LYMPHATIC. A method of hands-on bodywork that combines anatomy and direct
listening techniques to enable practitioners to feel and affect the lymphatic flow. It has
been show to aid detoxification, assist the body in deep cleansing, stimulate fluid
circulation, increase immune function, induce deep relaxation and reduce muscle spasms.
ESSENTIAL OILS. For millennia, mankind has used aromatic plants and concentrated
essential oils from plants for healing. Using these multi-faceted oils with their complex
synergies can help energize, regenerate, balance, calm, improve moods and strengthen
multiple systems of the body at once and does not disturb the complex healthy flora of
the body.
AROMATHERAPY. The use of pure essential and absolute oils distilled from plants to
treat emotional and physical disorders and a wide range of other dysfunctions. The oils
can be massaged into the skin, inhaled, diffused into the air or placed in baths and are
often used along with other holistic treatments.
HYPNOTHERAPY.  A range of techniques that bypass the conscious mind and directly
access the subconscious mind for behavioral, emotional or attitude modification. Shown
to be effective in many areas including minimizing discomfort from medical procedures,
addictions, eating disorders and phobias.
