ACUPUNCTURE. An ancient Chinese technique performed by a licensed practitioner, who inserts fine
needles into key meridian points that correspond to major organs of the body to regulate the flow of vital
energy (Chi) and blood. Used for prevention, maintenance and treatment of a wide variety of specific
health problems.
MASSAGE THERAPY. The practice by a Licensed Massage Therapist of manipulating soft tissue,
muscles, ligaments and tendons to promote healing. Benefits include decreased muscle tension, pain
and soreness and increased flexibility, joint mobility and circulation. Styles and methods vary.
LYMPHATIC. A method of hands-on bodywork that combines anatomy and direct listening
techniques to enable practitioners to feel and affect the lymphatic flow. It has been show to aid
detoxification, assist the body in deep cleansing, stimulate fluid circulation, increase immune function,
induce deep relaxation and reduce muscle spasms.
ESSENTIAL OILS. For millennia, mankind has used aromatic plants and concentrated essential oils
from plants for healing. Using these multi-faceted oils with their complex synergies can help energize,
regenerate, balance, calm, improve moods and strengthen multiple systems of the body at once and
does not disturb the complex healthy flora of the body.
AROMATHERAPY. The use of pure essential and absolute oils distilled from plants to treat emotional
and physical disorders and a wide range of other dysfunctions. The oils can be massaged into the skin,
inhaled, diffused into the air or placed in baths and are often used along with other holistic treatments.
HYPNOTHERAPY.  A range of techniques that bypass the conscious mind and directly access the
subconscious mind for behavioral, emotional or attitude modification. Shown to be effective in many
areas including minimizing discomfort from medical procedures, addictions, eating disorders and phobias.

POLARITY THERAPY. A comprehensive health system involving energy-based bodywork,
diet, exercise and self-awareness. Health is viewed as a reflection of the condition of the energy
field. Sessions do not require disrobing and involve both touch and verbal interaction.
OHM TUNING FORKS. The Ohm tuning forks create a sound vibration that can be applied to
different acupressure/acupuncture points on the body.
They affect the entire meridian system on a vibratory level as well as different energetic fields,
enhancing the body's natural ability to repair and heal itself.
They are deeply calming for the autonomic nervous system.
Counter
RAINDROP TECHNIC THERAPY. It is an invaluable tool that promotes healing from
within using topically applied therapeutic grade essential oils and a technique to stimulate energy
impulses and disperse the oils along the nervous system though the entire body. The body can
then be brought into balance and the energy centers may re-align. The essential oils used in the
standard Raindrop Technique can be customized to address all of the above body systems.
REIKI. Reiki is a special kind of healing energy that can only be channeled by someone who has
been attuned to it. The practice of Reiki is an ancient technique of “laying on of hands” that
promotes healing and relieves stress.
