KATHLEEN MORROW, RCST®, RPP, LMT is the Director and a
    Teacher/Practitioner of state approved School of Inner Health, and has fifteen years
    advanced training in Craniosacral Biodynamic Therapy with Franklyn Sills, Dr. Michael
    Shea and other well-known mentors in the field.
    She is a member and teacher for the Craniosacral Assn./NA and has been developing and
    teaching various other bodywork programs such as Lymphatic, Touch for Health, and
    Polarity Therapies for 25 years.

    KIMBERLY De JONG grew up in the Colorado Springs area and is very happy to be
    practicing in beautiful Manitou Springs at the School of Inner Health. Kimberly offers
    massage therapy including deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, sound vibration
    healing with Ohm tuning forks, Energetic Therapies, Craniosacral Therapy, or a

    LOU ANN BAKER-SKEELE, CN is a native to Colorado Springs and is the
    mother of four. She has had a love affair with Manitou Springs since she was a child.
    During the 1960’s the family outings to the Penny Arcade combined with watching her
    family friends, Joseph Lone Wolf and Lone Eagle of Santa Clara Pueblo, dance at Soda
    Springs Park let her taste of the ancient and rich flavor that is Manitou Springs. In 1981
    she managed Manitou’s Sunshine Deli for the summer which gave her another view of
    this magical town.
    As a clinical nutritionist, Lou Ann works with clients through Full Spectrum Nutrition.
    “The miracle of healing that occurs physically and mentally when a person gives their
    body and soul what is needed to prosper is paramount. I am grateful for the opportunity
    to help my clients navigate to this place of extreme wellness."



    Jo Forell assists Kathleen with the classes at the School of Inner health and is the owner
    of Healing Hands Massage Therapy.
    Jo is a graduate of the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy and the School of Inner
    Health. She has earned RCST/LMT/CINMT certifications.
