       This workshop introduces Craniosacral techniques based on the work of Dr. William Sutherland, D.O.,  
    Franklyn Sills, Karuna Institute, UK, and Dr. Michael Shea, Ph.D. These pioneers in touch therapy
    taught touch therapy tidal rhythm within cerebrospinal fluid as a foundation for healing.
    You will learn to facilitate change on the subtlest level of the mind/body through working with the
    powerful self corrective cerebrospinal fluid system.
       This introductory workshop is a therapeutic, non-invasive, subtle palpation of the body system
    characterized by profound listening and reflection. It will build the start of the very subtle skills in feeling
    and tracing patterns of resistance in the system, and prepare you for a thorough 700 hour training in the
    Craniosacral approach if you choose to continue.
       This preparatory course is a requirement to build your skills for the comprehensive 700 hour
    Craniosacral Biodynamics Certification course.

    Track C 2008-2009 Dates below:

    Module 1 - November 5-9, 2008.  Anatomy and physiology of the central nervous system,
    Skills of Practitioner Neutral, Palpating the three Tides and Longitudinal Fluctuation,
    Using Stillness and Stillpoints.  

    Module 2 - January 7-11, 2009. Bring the skills of Module 1 to the tissue: anatomy and physiology
    of the bones of the cranial bowl, beginning skills of Focusing by Dr. Eugene Gendlin
    for trauma resolution, Dr. Becker's 3 Step Process for accessing the cranial system,
    working from Primary Respiration.  

    Module 3 - February 25-March 1, 2009 (Next Module dates will be arranged by the class). Expanding your
    skills to the whole body: Reciprocal Tension Membrane system, Horizontal diaphragms, Recognize
    Fulcrums/Shapes, follow Inherent Treatment Plan, further Focusing skills.
